Fortress Group ensures that service is made according to your instructions and rules of civil process; we will be polite and diplomatic or persistent if necessary to accomplish the serve for our clients.

We guarantee individualized attention to each client no matter what size. All documents are tracked by our tracking system. Status reports will be emailed, faxed or telephoned to your office. A detailed report of the service will be included with each return of service. Skip tracing is available if the defendant is no longer available at the given address. If the subject is intentionally evading service we can conduct surveillance to affect the service (see Investigative Services).
